The Dream of Today
A recent Harvard study of 2,000 people determined that humans are daydreaming 46.9% of the time they’re awake.
So you’d think we’d all be relaxed after clocking all those daydreams, right?
Not so much.
The study actually found that in many cases, all that living in the clouds makes people sad and miserable. Why? Because we rest our minds in previously bad experiences or in worrying about the future.
Want to reclaim your daydreams? Don’t try to time travel. Wake up and make today the day of your dreams. :)

I use to day dream a lot and didn’t listen to people. I practice “being where I’m at”. It’s called having a sound mind.
