Hi Edward

Hollywood has finally acknowledged the utopia of Jackson, Michigan.

Or…at least the tax breaks our state cut them to lure them here.

I’m not complaining either.

Any tax credit that brings Edward Norton five miles from my house is okay with me.

Norton,  one of my favorite actors, is filming Stone–a drama about a convicted arsonist shot at the Southern Michigan Correctional Facility in our area.

Norton says he developed his character based on his conversations with the prisoners.

“I have to admit I found it very poignant, like these guys I don’t think have a lot of people talked to them about their own personal experiences in life. I don’t think people express a lot of interest in them. I don’t think in the routine of their day, they don’t get asked to do much that’s creative, to be honest.”

So now Norton is bringing creativity to prisoners? I knew I liked this guy.
